organization and access management

Managing data in Xsite® MANAGE just got easier. We have enhanced the access management to be more customer friendly for the Surveyors and Foremen. The latest update also brings improvements to the user experience as a whole. Please see the details below and be amazed!

Previously the organization admin couldn’t be a member of multiple organizations. With the new multi-access feature, users can be invited to multiple customer organizations. Grant multi-access to wanted organizations!

As a surveyor or a foreman, you can now be a member of any customer organization and administrate the data on behalf of the machine operator/Xsite® PRO 3D end customer.

If you wish to have access to multiple organizations, don’t hesitate to get in touch with your local tech support.

Multi-access features

• New user role creates and archive projects
• Give remote support in the customer organization
• Surveyor can easily invite any machine from wanted organization in the project
• External Operating User role won´t have access to the organization reports

As an Xsite® MANAGE user, you can download all the project content (folder structure and files) in the one zip-file.
